Cucine(s) Bardos est le fruit d’une enquête à la rencontre des pratiques culinaires des habitants de Bardos et de Bidache et entre la a cuisine basque et gasconne.
Cucine(s) s'est tenue à Bardos du 17 au 27 septembre 2019 dans le cadre du temps fort ABIAN ! en ouverture de la saison culturelle 2019-2020 de la Communauté Pays Basque avec une restitution publique les 26, 27 et 28 septembre.

Cucine(s) Bardos est une création de Floriane Facchini & Cie, accueillie par le temps fort ABIAN ! en ouverture de la saison culturelle 2019-2020 de la Communauté Pays Basque. Cucine(s) Bardos is the result of an investigation into the culinary practices of the inhabitants of Bardos and Bidache and between Basque and Gascon cuisine.
Cucine(s) was hosted in Bardos (64) from 17 to 27 September 2019 as part of the ABIAN! event, opening the 2019-2020 cultural season of the Community of the Basque Country, with a public presentation on 26, 27 and 28 September.
