"Cucine(s) Storie di pane " week 2 !

On pétrit, on cueilli, on construit, on partage des recettes et des pratiques boulangères en attendant "la grande tablée" en septembre 2022 !
Parce que le pain est un " lieu " qui génère de la communauté. Il est politique, vernaculaire et fait naître des mondes et parce que, aujourd'hui plus que jamais, nous avons besoin de réinventer l'être ensemble. Alors commençons par les gestes les plus simples du quotidien : faire du pain un art d'être ensemble, poétiquement. Avec la participation des habitants de la Redo Merezzate.

We knead, we print, we build, we share recipes and baking practices in wait for "la grande tablée" in September 2022 !
Because bread is a "place" that generates community. It is political, vernacular and gives birth to worlds and because, today more than ever, we need to reinvent being together. So let's start with the simplest everyday gestures: making bread an art of being together, poetically.
With the participation of the inhabitants of the Redo Merezzate.
