Le banquet de Cucine(s) Storie di Pane

Sur une invitation de Mare Culturale Urbano, le 24 septembre, le pain des habitants de Redo, réalisé durant les labs de panification collective avec Davide Longoni, a été célébré lors de la grande tablée de Cucine(s).
C'était un banquet participatif où tout le monde à fait déguster sa recette et son pain de cœur. Il y a eu la michetta, la pagnotta, le koulouri, el budín de pan, le pain du soleil, le fatih, el pan dulce, le carasau, la fresella, des pâtes, des mets venus d'ici et d’ailleurs, des récits, des poèmes, des chants et de la musique.
Merci à tous les habitants de Redo, aux associations qui ont participé au projet : Madre PROJECT - Terzo Paesaggio, LePolveri, Davide Longoni, Verde Festival, les Douches du jardin partagé, le Comité Viale Ungheria, Asilo Bianco, le Gestionnaire social Redo sgr, la Fondation pour le logement social, Arci Mondini, la Fanfare Fonc, Pagani agricultori, et merci aux incursions poétiques de Cortili In Versi. Merci à Michele Stimola, Andrea Capaldi et toute l'équipe de Mare Culturale Urbana qui nous ont invités et accompagnés dans cette incroyable aventure. Enfin, un grand merci à toute l'équipe artistique, Roberta, Manu, Alessandra et Olivier.
At the invitation of Mare Culturale Urbano, on 24 September, the bread of the inhabitants of Redo, made during the collective bread-making labs with Davide Longoni, was celebrated at the Cucine(s) Grand Table.
It was a participatory banquet where everyone shared their recipe and their favourite bread. There was michetta, pagnotta, koulouri, el budín de pan, sun bread, fatih, pan dulce, carasau, fresella, pasta, food from here and abroad, stories, poems, songs and music.
