La semaine dernière sur l'invitation de Mare culturale urbano nous avons inauguré Cucine(s) Storie di pane, dans le quartier de Redo Merezzate (Milan).
Cucine(s) Storie di pane est un projet artistique/participatif de territoire qu’invite les habitants d'un quartier à partager leurs pratiques culinaires et des moments de convivialité dans le but de créer un rituel collectif.
Cucine(s) Storie di pane part de la cuisine et du pain pour parler de lieux, de personnes et d'art. Parce que pétrir ensemble est réconfortant, il guérit. Parce que le pain est un "lieu" qui génère communauté. Il est politique, vernaculaire et donne naissance à des mondes et parce que, aujourd'hui plus que jamais, nous devons réinventer l'être ensemble.
Commençons alors par les gestes les plus simples du quotidien : faire du pain un art d'être ensemble, poétiquement.

Last week we have opened " Cucine(s) Storie di pane " in the neighbourhood of Redo Merezzate, (Milan ) at the invitation of Mare culturale urbano.
"Cucine(s) Storie di pane" is an artistic/participative territorial project inviting the inhabitants of a neighbourhood to share culinary practices and moments of conviviality with the aim of creating a collective ritual.
"Cucine(s) Storie di pane" starts from the kitchen and bread to talk about places, people and art. Because kneading is good, it comforts, it heals. Because bread is a "place" that generates community. It is political, vernacular and gives birth to worlds and because, today more than ever, we need to reinvent being together. So let's start with the simplest everyday gestures: making bread an art of being together, poetically.

La scorsa settimana abbiamo inaugurato « Cucine(s) Storie di pane » nel quartiere di Redo Merezzate, (Milano ) su invito di Mare culturale urbano.
« Cucine(s) Storie di pane » è un progetto artistico/partecipativo di territorio, che invita gli abitanti di un quartiere a condividere pratiche culinarie e momenti di convivialità con l’obiettivo di far nascere un rito collettivo.
« Cucine(s) Storie di pane » parte dalla cucina e dal pane per parlare di luoghi, di persone, d’arte. Perché impastare fa bene, conforta, cura. Perché il pane è un "luogo" che genera comunanza. È politico, vernacolare e fa nascere mondi e perché, oggi più che mai, abbiamo bisogno di reinventare lo stare insieme. Allora cominciamo dai gesti quotidiani più semplici : fare del pane un'arte dello stare insieme, poeticamente.
