Depuis 2015 Cucine(s) lab questionnent le rapport à la nourriture, à la transmission intergénérationnelle et aux pratiques culinaires multiculturelles. C'est un projet artistique et sociale de territoire, un parcours d’ouverture à des actions de sensibilisation autour de la cuisine et la mise en valeur du patrimoine immatériel.
Ce projet est en lien étroit avec la création de Floriane Facchini & Cie : Cucine(s)

Urban laboratory for sensitive exploration of human and culinary territories.
Since 2015, Cucine(s) lab has been exploring our relationship with food, intergenerational transmission and multicultural culinary practices. It is a local artistic and social project, a journey of discovery aimed at raising awareness around cooking and promoting intangible heritage.
This project is closely linked to the creation of Floriane Facchini & Cie: Cucine(s).
